Sara’s Pumpkin Butter German Streusel Cake

Grease & flour tube, bundt or 9 X 13 pan. Preheat oven 350.

Cream: ½ lb. butter
1 cup sugar
Add: 3 eggs
2 ½ cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour cream
6 oz. pumpkin butter
1 tsp vanilla
Filling: ½ cup nuts
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Take 1/2 cake mixture & spread in prepared pan.
Spread ½ nut mixture over cake then spread with remaining cake batter.
Top with nut mixture.

Bake for 1 hour or until done.

To serve: top with vanilla bean ice cream & drizzled pumpkin butter
