Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Place parchment paper on the bottom of a 15"x 9"jelly roll pan
  3. Mix 3 eggs with 1 cup sugar.
  4. Add 2/3 cup pumpkin puree, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 3/4 cup flour and mix gently
  5. Pour into pan and bake for 15 min. or until done.
  6. Turn onto a linen towel or wax paper dusted with powdered sugar.
  7. Immediately roll as for a jelly roll and let cool.
  8. Filling: Mix in a bowl one 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese, one cup confectioners sugar, one tsp. vanilla and two tsp. butter. Add in 5 heaping tsp. Golden Harvest Acres Pumpkin Butter or 2 oz. or more, if desired, and mix well
  9. After sheet is completely cool, unroll pumpkin roll, spread with filling and reroll.
  10. Place in refrigerator and slice after pumpkin butter roll has chilled.
