
Pumpkin Butter Cream Cheese Sheet Cake
Delicious combination of pumpkin sheet cake topped with cream cheese icing. Great breakfast, dessert or anytime snack.
Ingredients
Cake Batter
- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 16 oz can pumpkin or 2 cups cooked & mashed pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 4 oz. GHA Pumpkin Butter
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- Combine eggs, sugar, oil & pumpkin in mixer bowl
- Beat until smooth
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda cinnamon & salt in a bowl
- Combine flour & pumpkin mixture & mix well
- Spread in ungreased 15 x 11 X 1 inch baking pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown
- Cool on wire rack
Frosting
- Beat butter & cream cheese until light
- Add vanilla & confectioners' sugar mixing well after each addition
- Spread over baked cake
