This is a keeper, plain & simple! Very easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. Butter a 10 inch pie plate
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender & blend well
  3. Pour mixture into prepared pie plate
  4. Bake at 305 degrees for 60 minutes
  5. A crust will form on the bottom, pie filling in the center & a coconut topping
