
Coconut Macarons
You cannot eat just one. These sweet gooey tasty treats are a must for breakfast, dessert or snack. Great for tea parties or appetizer for a family get together and holiday celebrations.
Ingredients
- 3 cups coconut
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease cookie sheets
- Use two spoons to pack coconut mixture into a ball
- Drop the coconut balls unto prepared cookie sheet
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown in color
- Let cool on cookie sheet
- Remove from cookie sheet
- If desired, dip bottom of cookies into melted chocolate
