Black Raspberry Vinaigrette Marinated Rump Roast

A truly delicious treat to try at home for family or when entertaining for the holidays. Marinate a 4+/- lb. Rump Roast in 5-6 oz. of Golden Harvest Acres Black Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette for 48- 72 hrs. in a one gal zip lock bag before placing in the oven. Place in a dutch oven with the lid off in a preheated 425F oven for 20-25 mins. then cover and turn the oven back to 325F until an internal temp. of 160F has been reached. This pairing is so totally delicious! We serve with Garlic Mashed potatoes and carrots, but this main dish is so tasty, use your imagination with side dishes!  

Roasted Garlic Artichoke Dip Recipe

For those of you using our Roasted Garlic Spread, here is a truly delicious dip for hors d’oeuvres  that Sara and I make using our spread. It is great for entertaining, an actual meal, appetizer, snack or whatever … it is absolutely awesome!!

And……..don’t forget about our tasty garlic vinaigrettes as a marinade for your grilled meats, stir fry’s and of course tasty salad dressings!


Artichoke Dip w/Roasted Garlic Spread

Need: 14 oz can of artichokes, 8 oz cream cheese, 2 Tbsp melted
butter, 2 -3 heaping Tbsp of roasted garlic spread, 1/4 cup shredded
mozz cheese, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. Chop artichokes and put in bowl, mix in butter, garlic spread, & mozz cheese. Spread
cream cheese on bottom of pie plate then spread mixture on top of
cream cheese, top with parmesan cheese. Microwave until warm all the way through. Use Keebler’s Townhouse Tomato & Basil Flat Bread or Mediterranean crackers for a truly delicious treat !

Toasted Roasted Shallot French Baguette

Try our Roasted Shallot Spread as a tasty addition at your next entertaining event to impress your friends, family and business associates. Ingredients are simple and  include a good French Baguette, Butter, Roasted Shallot Spread  topped with aged grated cheese of your choice. Slice bread length wise in half, spread butter liberally on cut side, spread Roasted Shallot Spread on top of butter and sprinkle the aged grated cheese on top. Set your oven to broil or bake and finish when golden brown and crispy…… not crunchy. This simple preparation makes an awesome appetizer or side dish when good food is anticipated. You can expect many compliments when your guests have eaten this and ask for more!
