How do I place an order?

Our email address is info@goldenharvestacres.com if you prefer this method of contact. We will reply to all email correspondence within 1 business day of your contact. All orders are required to be prepaid prior to shipping your order whichever your method of contact.
How do I pay for my purchase?
Our online ordering has the capability to process Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. If physically mailing your payment on a order previously confirmed by personal correspondence, you may prepay via Cashier Check, Money Order or Personal Check. In the event order requests are made via personal contact, we will hold your order ten days for payment. Do not submit your payment information through email. We will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your order and obtain payment information. If payment is made with a personal check, we will hold orders until payment has cleared before package(s) are sent.
Will I be charged Sales tax?
No sales tax is required at this time.
How can I check my order status?
If you created an account at the time of your order, you can login any time and see the status of your order. If you did not create an account, you will still be updated through email on the status of your order.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
